HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your items from our online shop, enter your details at the checkout, choose your delivery type then leave the rest to us!

Payment can be made online via paypal.

Please note, if you place your order after 2pm for Next Day, or 3pm for same day delivery, they will not be processed until the next working day.

CAMBRIDGE DELIVERY CHARGES

  • CB1-CB5 orders over £30 is FREE delivery
  • CB1-CB5 orders under £30 is £4.50 delivery fee

UK-WIDE DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Orders over £75 is FREE delivery
  • Orders over £50 is £4.50 delivery fee
  • Orders under £50 is £10.00 delivery fee

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our delivery service can deliver to any UK Mainland address the next day, via our specialist couriers, Monday-Thursday.

We also provide same day delivery within the CB1 – CB5 area.

By providing an email address with you order you will get a delivery confirmation and receipt of delivery when completed.

DEADLINES

  • The cut off for Next Day Delivery is 2pm

  • The cut off for Same Day Delivery (CB1 – CB5) is 3pm.

  • You can also opt for the ‘click and collect’ option. All ‘click and collect’ orders will be available to collect after 1pm the next working day.

PACKAGING

The packaging for our delivery boxes are not only designed to keep your food cool and fresh, they are recyclable and the wool liners are fully compostable.

We cut and vacuum pack our orders fresh, so they’re ready for cooking or freezing on arrival, at their best. We believe that vacuum packing is by far the best way to make sure that your freshly cut meat arrives to you in perfect condition. Please note that with single cuts such as steaks, weights can vary by + or – 5%.

ONCE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Because all of your meat is vacuum packed, it is perfect for freezing as soon as it arrives and for use within 3 months. If you are not wanting to freeze your meat, transfer your meat into the fridge, still in its packaging and use when wanted.

The Vacuum prevents oxidisation of the meat, it also reduces the risk of cross contamination.

The bottom of your fridge is the best place for any raw meat. All of our products will contain a ‘use by’ date on their labels.
