From the formidable ITO on the south island in Japan. This super marbled and consistent beef is up there with the best in the world! We’re incredibly lucky to be able to source our Wagyu so regularly and its something we’re looking to expand in the future. These steaks will be taken from the Ribeye or Sirloin, which ever looks better on the day!
